Description

The Campaniletto is a villa dating back to the 16th century located north of Rome in the Sabina Hills which stretch from the banks of the Tiber River to the Appenine Mountains.

The villa, surrounded by a 5000 sqm meticulously landscaped garden which includes a swimming pool, a pergola, an outdoor wood oven for cooking and a guesthouse, is immersed in rolling hills covered with olive trees which climb towards the steeper mountains with its vast forests of oak trees. On each hilltop we find either a small medieval town, a castle or a monastery to visit. "The Campaniletto sits at the top of a hill framed by thick woods and an olive grove offering a breathtaking view over the valley of the Natural Reserve of" Tevere - Farfa ". Its unique position offers both seclusion and privacy without being isolated. A short pleasant walk, just 400 meters, will take you to the nearby town of Forano with its restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The villa provides accommodation for a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 12 guests. On the ground floor is a large living room with French windows which open on the beautiful garden a large dining room which seats 16 and a kitchen, a single bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a doublebed which internally has stairs which lead to a loft with 3 single beds, a twinbedroom with four bunk beds, a large bathroom with bathtub and another room with a den with a queen size bed, and in its loft a double futonbed. The guesthouse has a doublebed with shower and a kitchenette.
